πŸ”₯ Enjoy a rich and creamy Cheesy Roasted Red Pepper Dip that’s baked to golden, bubbly perfection.
πŸ§€ This flavorful dip combines four cheeses and smoky bacon, making it an irresistible party snack for any occasion.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4+ servings

Ingredients

– 8 ounces softened cream cheese

– 4 ounces asiago cheese, freshly grated

– 4 ounces parmesan cheese, freshly grated

– 4 ounces fontina cheese, freshly grated

– 1 roasted red pepper, patted dry and chopped

– 2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

– 8 ounces cream cheese for creaminess

– 4 ounces asiago, parmesan, fontina cheeses each for flavor

– 1 roasted red pepper, patted dry

Instructions

1-Preheat your oven: Start by preheating your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit that’s the key to getting that golden, bubbly top.

2-Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, asiago cheese, parmesan cheese, 3 ounces of the fontina cheese, the chopped roasted red pepper, crumbled bacon, and black pepper. Mash it all with a fork until it’s well blended, which only takes a minute or two. Then, transfer that mix to an oven-safe dish and top it with the remaining 1 ounce of fontina cheese for that extra cheesy layer.

3-Bake and serve: Pop it in the oven and bake for about 25 minutes, or until it’s golden and bubbly. Once it’s done, let it cool for a bit and serve it hot with crackers and chips it’s that simple! If you’re using jarred roasted red peppers, remember to pat them dry first to avoid any extra moisture messing with the texture.
