Instructions

1-First, gather everything and prep your mushrooms by slicing them. Mash your ripe avocado with a fork, adding a bit of seasoning to taste.

2-Next, heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Toss in the chopped garlic and sautรฉ for about 1 minute until itโ€™s fragrant.

3-Then, add the sliced mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until theyโ€™re soft and golden. Donโ€™t forget to season with salt and pepper.

4-Toast your bread slices until theyโ€™re just right nice and crisp!

5-Spread the mashed avocado over the warm toast for that creamy base.

6-Top it with your garlicky mushrooms, and finish with a squeeze of lemon juice for brightness.
