Half to one jalapeño pepper, diced

One-third cup diced red onion

Quarter cup chopped fresh cilantro

Two firm-ripe avocados, pitted and cut into half-inch pieces

Half an English cucumber, cut into half-inch pieces

Three-quarters cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Flaky sea salt, optional (amount to taste)

Three tablespoons fresh lime juice for the dressing

Two tablespoons avocado oil for the dressing

Two and a half teaspoons honey for the dressing

One clove garlic, grated for the dressing

One teaspoon salt for the dressing

Quarter teaspoon ground cumin for the dressing

Fresh ground black pepper, amount to taste for the dressing

Instructions

1-First, wash and dry all fresh produce to ensure it’s clean and ready for use.

2-Next, cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl; dice into half-inch pieces for the best texture.

3-Then, halve the cherry tomatoes and dice the jalapeño, red onion, and cilantro as specified.

4-Combine the avocados, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and the rest of the chopped ingredients in a large bowl, mixing gently to preserve the shapes.

5-Prepare the dressing by whisking together the lime juice, avocado oil, honey, grated garlic, salt, cumin, and black pepper in a small bowl.

6-Pour most of the dressing over the salad and stir lightly, taking care not to mash the avocado pieces.

7-Finally, garnish with reserved jalapeño, onion, and cilantro, add extra dressing or salt if needed, and serve right away to keep it fresh.
