Notes

πŸ•’ Check the tilapia at 10 minutes to avoid overcooking; it cooks quickly and is done when flaky.
🌑️ Fish is perfectly cooked when it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
🐟 Use fresh tilapia caught within 48 hours if possible, or good quality frozen tilapia is a great alternative.
❄️ Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for 3 weeks; reheat covered with foil at 350Β°F for 8-10 minutes.
🍚 Leftover garlic butter sauce makes a great addition stirred into cooked rice.
