24 whole mushrooms
2 cups cooked chopped chicken
4 ounces cream cheese
ΒΌ teaspoon onion powder
β cup cooked chopped bacon
ΒΌ teaspoon garlic powder
ΒΌ cup hot sauce
Β½ cup ranch dressing
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1- Preheat the oven to 400ΒΊF (approximately 200ΒΊC). Place a baking rack on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet.
2- Remove the stems from the mushrooms and place the caps upside down on the baking rack. Bake for 15 minutes, then remove and let any liquid drain.
3- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cooked chicken, cooked bacon, onion powder, garlic powder, hot sauce, ranch dressing, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.
4- Fill each mushroom cap with the prepared mixture and arrange them on the baking rack.
5- Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
6- Optionally, garnish with chopped green onions or parsley before serving.
