2 teaspoons minced garlic

1 tablespoon honey

1 diced jalapeno for pineapple salsa

Juice of 1 lime for pineapple salsa

2 teaspoons honey for pineapple salsa

Salt to taste for pineapple salsa

Steamed white rice for serving

Instructions

1-First Step: Trim and pound the chicken, then blend the marinade ingredients until smooth.

2-Second Step: Coat the chicken and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes for better flavor.

3-Third Step: Prep the salsa by mixing all its ingredients and chilling it.

4-Fourth Step: Grill or cook the chicken until it reaches the right temperature.
