Ingredients

– 2 pounds of sausage

– 12 eggs

– 1 cup of sour cream (light or regular)

– 1/4 cup of milk

– 1 teaspoon of salt

– 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper

– 4 sliced green onions

– 1/2 diced green bell pepper

– 1/2 diced red bell pepper

– 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

1-First, preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan to avoid any sticking.

2-In a large bowl, gently mix eggs, sour cream, milk, cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.

3-Next, cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned, then drain the excess grease and add it to the egg mixture.

4-Using the same skillet, sautรฉ the bell peppers and onions for 2 to 3 minutes until they’re soft, then stir them into the egg mixture.

5-Pour everything into the prepared pan and bake for 35 to 50 minutes until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.

6-Let the casserole cool slightly before serving to make slicing easier.

7-Preheat oven and grease the pan.

8-Mix eggs, sour cream, milk, cheese, salt, and pepper.

9-Brown the sausage and add it to the mix.

10-Sautรฉ peppers and onions, then incorporate them.

11-Bake until edges set and center jiggles slightly.

12-Cool and serve.
