Instructions

1-Start by preheating your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and lightly greasing the muffin cups or using a silicone pan for easy release. In a large bowl, mix the full-fat cottage cheese and eggs until they’re fully combined, then add the Italian seasoning for that extra flavor pop.

2-Once blended, scoop the mixture into each muffin cup, filling them about three-quarters full to allow room for rising. Bake for around 35 minutes until the bites are firm and slightly golden on top, then add 1 to 2 tablespoons of marinara sauce, sprinkle with shredded mozzarella, and top with your favorites like turkey pepperoni or veggies.
