πŸͺ Enjoy safe-to-eat edible cookie dough that’s delicious both raw and baked.
🍫 This recipe uses heat-treated flour to eliminate bacteria, making it perfect for indulging without worry.

  • Total Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

– 2 cups all-purpose flour

– 1 cup packed brown sugar

– 1/4 cup granulated sugar

– 1 cup unsalted butter, softened to room temperature

– 2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 2 tablespoons milk, plus more if needed

– 1 cup miniature chocolate chips

Instructions

1-Heat treat the flour: preheating the oven to 350Β°F, spreading the flour evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and baking for 6-8 minutes until it reaches 160Β°F. Let it cool, then sift to remove clumps.

2-Cream the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar using an electric mixer until light and fluffy, about 1-3 minutes. Beat in vanilla extract and salt.

3-Gradually add the cooled heat-treated flour to the mixture and beat on low until combined. The dough will be slightly crumbly at this stage.

4-Add milk one tablespoon at a time, beating after each, until the dough starts to come together into a smooth consistency.

5-Stir in miniature chocolate chips with a spatula to evenly distribute them without overmixing.

6-Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for later enjoyment.
