– 1/2 tsp garlic powder for sauce

– 1/2 tsp ground mustard

– 1/2 tsp salt for sauce

Instructions

1-Prepare ingredients: Wash and chop veggies, measure beef and seasonings.

2-Heat oil: In a skillet over medium heat, add onions if you like, then the beef.

3-Cook beef: Brown it fully, breaking up clumps for even cooking.

4-Add veggies: Stir in broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and bell pepper until tender.

5-Season and mix: Add spices and combine everything well.

6-Assemble: Layer in a bowl and top with sauce.
