Ingredients
– 1/4 cup unsalted butter
– 1 cup packed brown sugar
– 1/2 cup honey
– 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
– 1/4 cup pineapple juice
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon paprika
– Cooking spray
– 8-10 lb fully cooked spiral sliced bone-in ham without existing glaze
Instructions
1-Place the 8-10 lb ham cut side down in the pan and score the top with shallow cuts so the glaze can seep in real nice.
2-Brush on one-third of that glaze and pop it in the oven for about 1 Β½ hours.
3-Crank the oven up to 425 degrees F, add half of the remaining glaze, and bake for another 15 minutes.
4-Finish by brushing on the last of the glaze and broiling for 3-5 minutes until itβs sticky and caramelized to perfection.
5-Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing trust me, this step keeps all those juices locked in.
