Ingredients
– 15 apricots (or 6 cups of pitted apricots)
– 4 cups of cherries
– 2 cups of blueberries
– 1 gallon of water
– 3/4 cup of sugar (or to taste)
Instructions
1-Bring 1 gallon of water to a boil in a large pot on the stove.
2-Prepare the fruit: Cut the apricots in half and remove the pits, and pit the cherries.
3-Add the prepared fruit to the boiling water and bring it back to a boil.
4-Reduce the heat to medium and let it boil uncovered for 30 minutes to extract all the flavors.
5-Remove from heat, stir in the sugar to taste, and let the mixture cool completely.
6-Strain the juice into a container, refrigerate it, and serve chilled for the ultimate refreshment.
