Notes

🍫 Do not overbeat the eggs; whisk just until bubbles form to avoid cakey texture.
🌾 Sift the dry ingredients to ensure even mixing with the wet ingredients.
🍫 Use quality chocolate for enhanced flavor and texture.
🍽️ Grease and line the pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
⏳ Brownies are done when a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs, not completely clean.
❄️ Allow brownies to cool fully before slicing to get clean edges.
🍰 This recipe can be doubled for a 9×13 inch pan with a slightly longer bake time.
