Instructions
1-Gather all your ingredients and get set up wash the kale, slice the red onion, and have everything ready to go for a smooth flow.
2-Heat a skillet over medium heat, then place one bread slice butter-side down in it.
3-Layer on the feta cheese, kale, red onion slices, tomato slice, and black ripe olives right on top for that fresh Mediterranean vibe.
4-Top with the second bread slice, butter-side up, and grill until the cheese starts to melt and the bottom is toasted, about 3-4 minutes.
5-Carefully flip the sandwich and cook the other side until itβs golden brown and the cheese is fully melted, another 3-4 minutes or so.
6-Remove from the skillet, let it cool for a minute, slice it up, and serve hot pure bliss in a sandwich!
