Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approx. 170g each)
120g shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
Β½ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
240ml marinara sauce
Instructions
1-Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
2-Cut a horizontal pocket into each chicken breast.
3-Season the inside and outside with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
4-Stuff each pocket with shredded mozzarella cheese.
5-Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken on both sides.
6-Transfer to a baking dish and add marinara sauce.
7-Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
