– 1 teaspoon coriander

– 1/2 teaspoon cumin

– 1/2 teaspoon Aleppo pepper (optional or substitute with red pepper flakes)

– Kosher salt (to taste)

– Black pepper (to taste)

– 2 pounds peeled and deveined jumbo shrimp

– 3 tablespoons finely chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

1-Start by zesting and juicing one lemon into a large bowl, then whisk in the olive oil, garlic, paprika, oregano, coriander, cumin, Aleppo pepper, salt, and black pepper for a marinade that infuses every bite.

2-Pat the shrimp dry and toss them in this mixture, letting them sit while you preheat the oven to 400ยฐF.

3-Once prepped, spread the shrimp in a single layer on a large sheet pan and pour any leftover marinade over the top.

4-Bake for 5 to 7 minutes until the shrimp turn opaque pink, keeping in mind that they cook quickly and residual heat will continue the process even after removal from the oven.
