– 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, at room temperature
– 4 oz (115 g) Parmesan cheese, grated
– 2 tablespoons basil pesto
– 1/4 cup (40 g) shelled pistachios, chopped (optional)
Instructions
1-Preheat oven to 375ยฐF and prepare your baking dish.
2-Drain and chop the artichoke hearts.
3-Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
4-Divide into ramekins if desired and refrigerate if preparing ahead.
5-Bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly.
6-Add pistachios and serve warm.
