πŸ₯© Savor the classic flavors of Philly Cheesesteak Sliders with tender, thinly sliced beef and melted provolone cheese in every bite.
πŸ§€ These sliders are an easy-to-make, crowd-pleasing meal perfect for gatherings, lunch, or game day snacks.

  • Total Time: 1 hour
  • Yield: 12 sliders

Ingredients

– 2 lb. thinly sliced ribeye or sirloin

– 1 tsp. seasoned salt

– Black pepper (to taste)

– 1-2 tsp. vegetable oil

– 1/2 large yellow onion, diced small

– 1/2 large green bell pepper, diced small

– 1/2 large red bell pepper, diced small

– Kosher salt (to taste)

– 12 count slider rolls

– 1/2 cup mayonnaise

– 3 cloves garlic, pressed or minced small

– 12-16 slices mild provolone cheese, thinly sliced

– 3 Tbsp. melted butter

– Pinch of garlic salt

– Dash of Worcestershire sauce

– Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1-First, trim excess fat from the meat and place it in the freezer for about 30 minutes to make thin slicing easier.

2-Slice the beef thinly against the grain and season with seasoned salt and black pepper.

3-Preheat the oven to 350Β°F and heat vegetable oil in a sautΓ© pan over medium-high heat, cooking the beef in batches for about 2 minutes per side until browned.

4-Next, remove the beef and set it aside, then use the same pan to add the onion, bell peppers, and kosher salt. Cook for about 7 minutes until they are fragrant and softened but still have a nice bite.

5-Without separating the rolls, cut them horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.

6-Mix the mayonnaise and garlic, then spread it on both the top and bottom rolls.

7-Layer half of the provolone slices over the bottom rolls, add an even layer of the cooked beef, followed by the onion and pepper mixture, and top with the remaining cheese slices.

8-Place the top rolls on and melt the butter, stirring in the garlic salt and Worcestershire sauce.

9-Brush the tops of the rolls with the butter mixture, cover with foil, and bake for 10 minutes covered, then 10 minutes uncovered until the cheese melts and everything is heated through.

10-Finally, brush extra butter on top for a nice shine and garnish with fresh parsley if you like.
