Instructions

1-First: preheat your grill to medium heat, which takes about 5-10 minutes and ensures even cooking. Gently combine 1 pound lean ground beef with 1 teaspoon kosher salt and 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce, being careful not to overwork the meat to keep it juicy. Shape this mixture into 4 patties that match the size of your brioche hamburger buns, and press a small indentation in the center of each to help them cook evenly.

2-Next: lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking, then place the burgers on the grill and cook for a few minutes per side until they reach an internal temperature of 165ยฐF.
