Instructions

1-First, in a food processor, blend the 8 oz softened feta cheese and 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt until smooth. This creates a base that’s tangy and creamy, setting the stage for the other flavors.

2-Next, add the 1 cup pumpkin puree, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, salt, and pepper; blend until the mixture is creamy and smooth.

3-After blending, taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed to balance the flavors. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and create a swirl on top using the back of a spoon for an inviting presentation.

4-Finally, drizzle extra honey over the top and sprinkle with chopped rosemary and toasted nuts before serving immediately with your preferred dippers like crackers, pita chips, or fresh vegetables.
