– 1 cup sauerkraut, drained and lightly squeezed dry

– 3 tablespoons Everything but the Bagel seasoning for topping (optional)

Instructions

1-Getting started with Reuben Roll Ups is straightforward and fun: First, unroll the Crescent dough and separate it into 8 rectangles as per the recipe directions. This sets the base for your roll ups and makes layering easy.

2-Next, spread a thin layer of Thousand Island dressing on each rectangle to add that zesty flavor: Then, place the cheese slices on top of the dressing for a gooey melt. Follow that by adding the cooked corned beef slices on the cheese, and spread a thin layer of sauerkraut on the meat for that classic tang.
