🦈 Experience the fun and vibrant Shark Attack Frappuccino, a cool blue drink that’s perfect for summer refreshment.
πŸ“ This recipe combines creamy sherbet, fresh strawberry puree, and a decorative swirl to delight both the eyes and taste buds.

  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 2 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale

4 scoops blue sherbet mixed with vanilla ice cream (or similar alternatives for the blue effect)

2 drops light blue gel food coloring

1/2 cup milk

4 tablespoons sugar

Whipped topping for garnish

1 cup frozen strawberries

1/3 cup water

1 cup ice

Instructions

1-Blend 1 cup frozen strawberries with 1/3 cup water to create a strawberry puree, then use some to coat the inside of your cup for that eye-catching effect.

2-In a blender, combine 3 to 4 scoops of the blue sherbet and vanilla ice cream mixture, 1/2 cup milk, and 1 cup ice; blend until smooth and add more milk if it’s too thick.

3-Pour a layer of the blended mixture into the cup, add a layer of strawberry puree, then top with more of the mixture for a layered look.

4-Garnish with whipped topping and mix 1 drop of light blue gel food coloring with 4 tablespoons sugar to sprinkle on top for a finishing touch.

Notes

❄️ Freeze strawberries ahead to keep the puree cold for better cup decoration.
πŸ“ Use fresh strawberry puree for a richer flavor and more vibrant effect than syrup.
πŸ₯› Keep extra milk on hand to adjust drink thickness for a smoother blend and easier drinking.
