Ingredients
4 scoops blue sherbet mixed with vanilla ice cream (or similar alternatives for the blue effect)
2 drops light blue gel food coloring
1/2 cup milk
4 tablespoons sugar
Whipped topping for garnish
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/3 cup water
1 cup ice
Instructions
1-Blend 1 cup frozen strawberries with 1/3 cup water to create a strawberry puree, then use some to coat the inside of your cup for that eye-catching effect.
2-In a blender, combine 3 to 4 scoops of the blue sherbet and vanilla ice cream mixture, 1/2 cup milk, and 1 cup ice; blend until smooth and add more milk if itβs too thick.
3-Pour a layer of the blended mixture into the cup, add a layer of strawberry puree, then top with more of the mixture for a layered look.
4-Garnish with whipped topping and mix 1 drop of light blue gel food coloring with 4 tablespoons sugar to sprinkle on top for a finishing touch.
