๐Ÿธ Transform your favorite campfire treat into an indulgent adult cocktail that captures all the nostalgic flavors
๐Ÿ”ฅ Experience the perfect blend of toasted marshmallow, rich chocolate, and buttery graham crackers in every sip

  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients

– 1/4 cup marshmallow fluff for rimming glass

– 2 crushed graham crackers for rim

– 1 1/2 ounces marshmallow vodka for sweet marshmallow essence

– 1 ounce Irish cream for creamy body and gentle sweetness

– 1 ounce heavy cream or half-and-half for silkiness

– 1 ounce chocolate syrup for chocolate flavor and viscosity

– 1/2 ounce honey-spiced liqueur for honey and warm spice notes

– Toasted jumbo marshmallows for garnish

Instructions

1-First Step: Prep your glass and garnishes (5 minutes) Spoon 1/4 cup marshmallow fluff onto a small plate. If the fluff is very thick, add a teaspoon of water and stir to smooth it out so it coats the rim easily. On another plate, place the 2 crushed graham crackers. Chill a martini glass while you work by placing it in the fridge or freezer for a few minutes; a cold glass keeps the cocktail silky longer.

2-Second Step: Rim the glass and drizzle chocolate Dip the rim of the chilled martini glass into the marshmallow fluff so it gets an even coat. Immediately press the rim into the crushed graham crackers so crumbs adhere. Set the glass upright and lightly drizzle extra chocolate syrup inside the glass in swirls for a classy, appetizing look. Place the glass in the fridge while you make the drink.

3-Third Step: Toast the marshmallow garnish (2-3 minutes) Skewer a jumbo marshmallow and toast it carefully using a kitchen torch or under a hot broiler for a few seconds until golden. For a dramatic touch, you can briefly flame it, but take safety precautions and keep a fireproof surface nearby. Set the toasted marshmallow aside on a plate.

4-Fourth Step: Mix the cocktail (2 minutes) Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add 1 1/2 ounces marshmallow vodka, 1 ounce Irish cream, 1 ounce heavy cream or half-and-half, 1 ounce chocolate syrup, and 1/2 ounce honey-spiced liqueur. Cap the shaker and shake vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds. The goal is to chill and slightly aerate the mixture without over-diluting it.

5-Fifth Step: Strain and finish (1 minute) Remove the prepared martini glass from the fridge. Strain the shaken cocktail into the glass, pouring slowly so the chocolate swirls remain visible. Add the toasted jumbo marshmallow garnish on a skewer to the rim. Serve immediately and enjoy the gooey nostalgia.
