โ˜• Experience the rich, creamy texture of traditional Italian tiramisu made easy with no-bake steps.
๐ŸŽ‚ Perfect for impressing guests or a cozy dessert, this recipe combines coffee-soaked ladyfingers and mascarpone for a luscious treat.

  • Total Time: 10 minutes plus chilling
  • Yield: 9 servings

Ingredients

– 7 ounces ladyfingers (or 24 cookies)

– 8 ounces mascarpone cheese (room temperature)

– 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream (prepared)

– 1/3 cup granulated sugar

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (or imitation vanilla)

– 1 1/2 cups espresso or strong coffee (prepared)

– 3 tablespoons coffee-flavored liqueur (optional)

– Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

1-First, beat the heavy whipping cream with the granulated sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. This creates a fluffy base that you’ll fold in the mascarpone cheese until everything is well combined and smooth.

2-Next, mix the espresso or strong coffee with the coffee-flavored liqueur in a shallow bowl if you’re using it. Quickly dip the ladyfingers on both sides for just a second or two to avoid sogginess, then lay them in a single layer in an 8×8 inch pan.

3-Building the Layers: Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the first layer of ladyfingers. Add another layer of the dipped ladyfingers on top, followed by the remaining mascarpone mixture to build that classic layered look.

4-Finally, dust the top generously with cocoa powder using a fine mesh strainer for an even finish. Pop it in the fridge for at least 3 to 4 hours or overnight to let the flavors blend perfectly.
