– 2 cups club soda (sparkling water) to bring in fizz and lightness

Instructions

1-Combine 3 cups of cubed watermelon (seeds removed), ΒΌ cup fresh lime juice, Β½ cup packed fresh mint leaves, and 1 tablespoon of your chosen sweetener in a blender.

2-Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and free of large chunks, releasing all those vibrant flavors.
